Re-boot a 747

Our Lufthansa 747-400 was getting de-iced on the DIA terminal when the plane powers down and just the battery night-lights are on. Apparently the de-icing fluid shorted out the state-of-the-art jet!  

As Moss and Roy of IT Crowd might ask "Have you tried turning it off and turning it on again?"

This is the screen of our in flight entertainment re-booting. The maintenance technician (didn't get to check if he/she wears a white lab coat) at first advised the flight be scrubbed. Then more waiting on the runway. Our captain just announced the problem is solved. The current plan is to fly to Germany. We just finished another de-icing. If this turns out to be our last blog-post, that's our view of the events!❄️❄️🛫❄️❄️
