My favorite professional meeting, held every other year, with live surgery of teaching cases.
The surgery is done in Frankfurt, and stereo high-definition video transmitted to the Mainz convention center, where 2000 attendees learn.

With her new knee, Susan is walking all over Mainz without cane or limp -- over 15,000 steps by lunchtime!!
